End the war, that money should be transferred to higher value return items (ie, health, infrastructure, social).

I don't think there is anything that is more important than space exploration right now. We can't live on Earth forever, eventually we are going to have to leave eventually.

I think that technology, medical, and space are all related. They all really promote each other.
