Experimenting With Smart Drugs

Johann Hari - Archive - 7 reviews [Stumbles via StumbleUpon]

One man's story of experimenting with smart drugs. More specifically, the drug Provigil. It sounds like it worked really well for him. I am tempted to give this a go.

Not only that, but he

Not only that, but he appears totally ignorant about the mechanism of the drug, and about how intelligence works in general. This isn't surprising, considering he was writing for the English Standard, but could have at least copped to the fact he didn't know anything. All this stuff will do is keep you awake. It won't make you smarter or increase your memory. There are better, more effective, and safer ways to increase your intelligence, without ordering crap from dodgy internet pharmacies.

Did you notice that he

Did you notice that he spelled Provigil wrong a few times. I find that a little ironic.
